1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order via ariekonhair.com or via Instagram DM or Facebook (@ariekonhairbyliz), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) as well as all policies mentioned therein (including our Privacy, Return, and Shipping Policies).

2. General Conditions

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and for any reason.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our services, the website, or the content without prior written permission from Ariekon Hair.
• All content (images, videos, product descriptions, texts) is the property of Ariekon Hair and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

3. Website Access & Updates

• We strive to ensure the constant availability of our website but do not guarantee uninterrupted use.
• We may suspend, change, or discontinue parts or the entire service at any time without prior notice.
• We are not liable for any downtime, delays, or technical faults.

4. Terms of Sale

By ordering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old,
• all provided information is correct and complete,
• you are an authorized user of the payment method used,
• sufficient funds are available to cover the purchase amount.

All orders are subject to product availability and price confirmation.

5. Product Availability & Accuracy

• We strive to represent colors, textures, and product details as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings.
• Products are available only in limited quantities.
• We reserve the right to change or discontinue products, services, or prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Policy for Custom Wigs

• At Ariekon Hair, all wigs are handcrafted to order and individually made for each client.
• Once production has started, an order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded unless the product is deemed defective according to our return policy.
• We reserve the right to dispute unauthorized chargebacks and will provide corresponding evidence, including:
  • Proof of custom manufacturing
  • Shipping and delivery confirmation
  • Communication confirming your acceptance of these terms
• Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are shipped via Tracked Delivery.
• Once a package is marked as delivered and signed for, liability transfers to the customer. Ariekon Hair assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage once delivery is confirmed by the shipping service provider.
• The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Additional shipping costs will be charged for returns due to incorrect addresses.
• International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in their country.

8. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to hygiene regulations and the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered Final Sale.
• A refund is only possible if an item is demonstrably delivered faulty.
• To request an exchange or replacement:
  • Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be returned unworn, unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • Returns must be traceable.
• Returns showing signs of use, washing, coloring, cutting, or tampering will not be accepted.
• If no defect is found, we will return the product at your expense.
• For deliveries refused upon arrival, you will receive a credit amount minus shipping costs.

9. Cancellations

• Cancellation is not possible after production has begun or after shipment.
• If a cancellation is accepted before production starts, payment processing fees and administrative costs may be deducted.

10. Payments

• Full payment must be made before the order is processed and shipped.
• Orders with differing billing and shipping addresses may be canceled for security reasons.
• Fraudulent behavior will not be tolerated and will be reported if necessary.

11. Chargebacks & Fraud Policy

• We take fraudulent chargeback requests very seriously.
• In the event of a chargeback after confirmed delivery, Ariekon Hair will present the following evidence:
  • Tracking information with signature confirmation
  • Invoices and proof of delivery
  • Product photos/videos
  • Communication history
• If the request is classified as fraudulent, Ariekon Hair reserves the right to:
  • Report the incident to authorities and fraud databases
  • Initiate civil legal action to recover the value of the goods as well as any legal costs

12. Third-Party Providers & Links

• Our website may contain links to external websites or tools.
• We assume no responsibility or liability for content, privacy practices, or services provided by third parties.
• Please read the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers before using their services.

13. User Comments & Submissions

Content submitted by users, such as feedback, reviews, or creative ideas, may be used by Ariekon Hair without restriction for marketing or brand development purposes. By submitting such content, you grant us the right to edit, publish, or reuse it.

15. Errors & Inaccuracies

• Despite the utmost care, product descriptions or prices may contain errors.
• We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information or cancel orders containing pricing errors.
